In the sake of activating its role as an authorized real estate agent at Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority and in order to enhance its role in mortgage finance field The Group decided to be linked with other parties to mortgage finance (Brokers – Appraisers). So it prefer cooperating with Al Hakim For studies, publishing and advertising as one of the first accredited real estate brokers in mortgage finance at Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority.

In this regard the two organizations had decided to cooperate, coordinate and enhance their united goal for their common, current and future interests. They will also cooperate with each other to provide legal services in general and mortgage finance services in particular, in order to reach the highest serving quality in mortgage finance field and works thereof.
