By accessing and using this Website, the user consent to and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, and if he do not agree to any portion of these Terms; he must immediately terminate his use of this Website as he will be not longer acceptable.

The Website administration reserves the right to change, cancel or alter the terms contained in this Agreement, as well as to terminate the use of this service once the user violates any terms mentioned herein.

The user agrees to comply with public orders rules and ethics, and that he uses the site only for lawful purposes, and he may not send or broadcast any of its material that violates rights of others, limits or prevents their use of the site, consists of illegal matter, threats, defecates, infringes on third party publication rights or their privacy, or consists abusive, disdain, desecrated words of religions and holy places or Violates its sanctity, or promote committing a crime or any law violation which would result in any kind of civil or criminal liability.

The Website administration, or whoever take parts in preparing, production, operation of any material thereof, are not liable for any direct, indirect or moral damages arising from the use of this website, misuse, error, omission, fault, unintended misinformation, delay, or interruption of its broadcast.    

The user is solely responsible his use or benefit of the site in a legal or authorized way, without any liability on the site administration.

Any commercial use of printed or downloaded parts of the Site is prohibited, as they are for personal use only.

The user agrees that his use of the site is at his sole responsibility and that the site administration is not responsible and dose not guarantee the site emptiness of viruses or programs' worms, taking into consideration that the site administration will do its utmost to protect the site and its users.

The Website administration reserves its rights in collecting, using the visitors and subscribers' data on operation systems and its private databases, as the user approve the use of these data for appropriate purposes, and agree that the site administration is not responsible for the leakage of data due to theft and sabotage on by the internet hackers and intruders. 

The user agrees to indemnify the site administration for any losses and damages, resulting from misuse, illegal use or wrongful conduct.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Arab Republic of Egypt. The user agrees that the Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising out of this agreement or related to it.
